The second version of the Army 1.5-Ton Truck was identical to the first but with a plastic canopy added. Details of the diecast model can be found here L/V612 Army 1.5-Ton Truck
The Canopy was coloured an olive-green shade and had eight inner pegs which held it within the body of the truck. At the back a simulated rolled-up canvas awning was a feature of the otherwise fairly plain cover. 'Britains Ltd' and 'Made in England' were included inside the molding.
LV/613 had the usual open fronted box with an internal packing piece to which the model was secured. On one of the end-flaps, the model name and number were printed.
The basic model is quite hard to find and the canopy even more scare. The box is rare.
